How to choose the horizontal multistage centrifugal pump model?

1. Ensure that the type and performance of the selected horizontal multistage pump meet the requirements of process parameters such as device flow rate, head, pressure, temperature, cavitation margin, suction head, etc.

2. Select a pump type with good performance and strong adaptability, and ensure the flow rate and head changes required by the project. First, a water pump with high efficiency, good suction performance and wide application range should be selected from the final product series.

3. Multistage pumps should meet the requirements of medium characteristics.
For pumps that transport flammable, explosive, toxic or valuable fluids, the shaft seal must be reliable or a leak-free pump is used, such as a magnetic drive pump (without a shaft seal, using an isolated magnetic indirect drive)

For multistage pumps that transport corrosive fluids, the convection parts must be made of corrosion-resistant materials, such as corrosion-resistant fluoroplastic pumps

For multistage pumps that transport fluids containing solid particles, the convection parts must be made of wear-resistant materials, and the shaft seal is flushed with clean liquid when necessary.

4. The mechanical requirements for multistage pumps are high reliability, low noise and low vibration.

5. When selecting pumps for agricultural irrigation and drainage projects, the requirements of overall water conservancy development should be taken into account as much as possible
