Diesel engine water pump usage instructions
1. After installing the diesel engine water pump, check the amount of diesel in the tank before use and add enough diesel.
2. Before using a battery that has not been used for a long time, check whether the battery has enough power. Insert the key to the ON position and turn it to check whether the battery has power. If the battery power is lost or insufficient, charge it before use. The key of the diesel engine that has not been used for a long time should be unplugged to discharge the battery power.
3. The inlet pipe and outlet pipe should be connected tightly to ensure that there is no air leakage in the inlet pipe. After adding about half of the suction liquid in the pump body to the self-priming pump body, start the diesel engine self-priming pump.
4. Before starting, the diesel engine water pump should first idle the idler, and then start the diesel engine.
5. Then insert the key provided with the diesel engine water pump into the key control and turn it right to start the diesel engine to the START position. The diesel engine will run for approximately one minute, then the idler will be set to normal and the diesel engine will start.
6. Before shutting down, set the diesel engine water pump to idle, slowly reduce the diesel engine speed, then turn the key left to the OFF position to stop operation.
