The assembly head of the pipeline centrifugal pump exceeds the pump's rated head:
Appropriately reduce the installation height of the pump (referring to the vertical distance between the center line of the pump shaft and the well water surface) or shorten the length of the suction pipe, and appropriately increase the diameter of the suction pipe (generally the diameter of the suction pipe is 1 level larger than the diameter of the pump inlet) to reduce the assembly head of the pump and increase the suction height of the pump.
-
The water inlet pipe of the centrifugal pump in the pipeline is leaking:
The water inlet pipe of the centrifugal pump in the pipeline is leaking, resulting in poor sealing, poor water diversion and filling, and incomplete air extraction. Use the lighting method to check. If the leak is at the pipe wall, repair the blockage; if the leak is at the interface, tighten it with a wrench or replace the leather gasket.
-
Pipeline centrifugal pump impeller reversal:
The rotation direction of the water pump can be changed by changing the rotation direction of the power machine. If the power is an electric motor, the phase sequence of the motor connection should be adjusted to change the motor direction; if the power is an internal combustion engine, the transmission belt cross drive should be used to adjust it.
-
The suction pipe of the centrifugal pump is not immersed deep enough in the water:
First, measure the depth of the centrifugal pump suction pipe immersed in the water. If the immersion is too shallow, measures such as lowering the installation height of the pump or increasing the length of the centrifugal pump suction pipe should be taken to ensure that the depth of the pump suction port immersed below the water surface is not less than 0.5 meters.
-
The water inlet or impeller flow channel of the pipeline centrifugal pump is blocked:
First, stop the machine to check the specific blockage situation, and then remove the blockage. Finally, according to the type of blockage (sand, debris, etc.), take measures such as flushing the well (it is recommended to use an air compressor or other equipment), setting up trash racks, etc. to improve the water quality of the inlet and prevent blockage from happening again.
-
The stuffing box of the pipeline centrifugal pump is leaking, resulting in a loose seal:
First, tighten the stuffing box gland with a tool. If the fault still cannot be eliminated, disassemble the stuffing box and check whether the water seal ring and packing are defective (water seal ring is twisted, deformed, packing becomes hard, deformed, etc.), and repair or replace them if necessary.

The speed of the pipeline centrifugal pump is too low:
First, increase the speed of the power machine to meet the rated speed of the centrifugal pump. If the power machine is an electric motor, first check whether the power supply voltage is too low. If it is too low, try to increase the voltage. If normal, replace the motor with a higher power; if the power machine is an internal combustion engine, first increase the speed by increasing the throttle and increasing the throttle speed. If the speed does not reach the rated speed of the water pump, replace the internal combustion engine with a higher power. Secondly, replace the drive wheel of the power machine or water pump (change the transmission ratio:) to meet the rated speed of the water pump.
