Multistage Pump Maintenance

(1) Check whether the multi-stage pump pipe and the joint are loose. Turn the multistage pump by hand and see if the multistage pump is flexible.
(2) Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil target, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time.
(3) Unscrew the water guide plug of the multistage pump pump body and inject water (or pulping).
(4) Close the gate valve of the outlet pipeline and the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum gauge.

(6) Multi-stage pump is out of service for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble all the pumps, dry the water, and coat the rotating parts and joints with grease.
(7) Try to control the flow and lift of the multistage pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the multistage pump operates at the highest efficiency point in order to obtain the greatest energy saving effect.
(8) During the operation of the multistage pump, the bearing temperature cannot exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, and the maximum temperature cannot exceed 80C.
(9) If the multistage pump is found to have abnormal sound, stop immediately to check the cause.
(10) To stop the use of multistage pumps, first close the gate valve, pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
