What is DP series self-balancing multistage centrifugal pump?
DP series self-balancing multistage centrifugal pump is used to transport clean water without solid particles and with a temperature below 80°C, or liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. self-balancing multistage centrifugal pump is suitable for use in mines, factories and urban water supply and drainage projects.The typical feature of this type of pump is that the traditional balancing disc system for balancing axial force is completely eliminated in the structure, and the axial force is automatically balanced by the symmetrical arrangement of the impellers. This innovation makes the multi-stage system run with the advantages of energy saving and high efficiency, stability and reliability, fewer wearing parts, and greatly reduced operating costs.


- New structure
The rotor components with symmetrically arranged impellers make the axial thrusts generated by the positive and negative impellers in operation basically offset each other, thus eliminating the need for a balance disc device with small clearance, high pressure drop, easy erosion, easy wear, and easy failure to maintain the balance of axial force, breaking through the traditional structure of multi-stage pumps.

D(P) type pump is a horizontal self-balancing centrifugal pump. It is divided into single-suction multi-stage structure and double-suction multi-stage structure according to the suction form. Its suction port is horizontal on the water inlet section, and the discharge port is vertically upward on the water outlet section. The water inlet section, middle section, water outlet section and secondary water inlet section of the pump are connected into one by tightening bolts. The head height can increase or decrease the number of pump stages.
