Structural features
The pump consists of the main parts such as motor, pump head, guide vane, impeller, pressure cylinder, water inlet and outlet section, pump shaft, mechanical seal, etc. See Figure 1
The key parts of the pump, guide vane, impeller, pressure cylinder, and shaft are all made of stainless steel, and the pump head and water inlet and outlet sections are made of cast iron
The pump shaft seal is a single-end mechanical seal, the grinding block is cemented carbide/graphite, and the guide vane internal support is made of tungsten carbide.
The basic type of connection between the pump and the pipeline is a circular flange connection, and different connection methods can also be used according to user needs.
