Industrial End Suction Pump
The HNYB Industrial End Suction Pump is a high-efficiency single-stage centrifugal pump designed for industrial liquid transfer applications. Featuring a simple and robust end suction structure, the pump uses an axial suction inlet and radial discharge outlet to provide stable hydraulic performance and reliable continuous operation.
The end suction centrifugal pump adopts a back pull-out design, allowing maintenance of rotating components without removing the pump casing or pipeline connections, reducing downtime and maintenance costs. With multiple material options including cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel and stainless steel, HNYB industrial end suction pumps can be customized for different liquids and operating conditions.

Structural features
Industrial end-suction pumps are designed according to the performance and dimensions specified in the international standard IS02858. They are mainly composed of a pump body (1), a pump cover (2), an impeller (3), a shaft (4), a sealing ring (5), a shaft sleeve (8), and a suspension bearing (12) (Figure 2). The pump body and pump cover of IS and IH pumps are split from the back of the impeller, commonly known as a rear-opening structure, which has the advantage of being easy to repair. During maintenance, the pump body and suction pipe can be inspected without moving them. The pump casing (i.e., the pump body and pump cover) constitutes the pump's working chamber. The impeller shaft and rolling bearing constitute the pump's rotor. The suspension bearing assembly supports the rotating parts of the pump, and the rolling bearing bears the radial force and axial forces of the pump. In order to balance the axial force of the pump, most pumps are equipped with sealing rings before and after the impeller, and there are balancing holes on the impeller rear cover. Some pumps do not have sealing rings and balancing holes because the axial force is not large.
