Design Features
Horizontal pumps, shaft-mounted, volute-mounted, single-stage, end-suction, enclosed impeller.
Due to its reverse disassembly design, the bearing assembly, sealing housing, pump shaft, and impeller can be disassembled without disconnecting the volute from the piping system. When using a detachable coupling, the pump rotor assembly can be disassembled without removing the motor.
A top-center discharge port and an anchored pump body ensure structural stability and maximize resistance to deformation caused by eccentricity and linear loads.
The bearings utilize an external grease lubrication system, ensuring long-term reliable operation. This system improves heat dissipation, withstands harsh operating conditions, optimizes maintenance cycles, and allows for the selection of suitable lubricants. Oil lubrication systems or lifetime-lubricated sealed bearings are available upon request.
