Pipeline Pumps are used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. • The pipeline pump is vertical in structure, with the same inlet and outlet dimensions, located on the same center line, and can be installed on the pipeline like a valve.
• The pipeline pump has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low engineering cost. After adding a protective cover, it can also be used outdoors.
• The impeller is installed in the extended shaft of the motor, with a small axial dimension, a compact pump structure, a reasonable match between the pump and the motor bearing, and a balanced radial and axial load during operation, ensuring stable pump operation with low vibration and noise.
• The shaft seal adopts a mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals. The mechanical seal is made of carbide material, and uses a titanium alloy sealing ring or a medium and high temperature resistant mechanical seal, which has the best wear-resistant sealing performance and can extend the service life of the mechanical seal.

 

Chemical industry: Pipeline pumps can be used to transport various chemical raw materials, such as liquid chemicals, solvents, coatings, etc. In the process of chemical reactions, pipeline pumps can also be used to transport reaction materials from one device to another.
