The horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump is a highly efficient and energy-saving pumping equipment, specially designed for direct installation in the pipeline system to save space and provide continuous fluid delivery services. It is used to transport clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, fire-fighting pressurization, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation and equipment matching, and the medium temperature does not exceed 85℃.

• The maximum working pressure of the horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump system is 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction pressure + pump head <1.6MPa (when the working pressure of the pump system is higher than 1.6MPa, it should be separately proposed when ordering, so that the flow-through parts and connecting parts of the pump can be made of cast steel during manufacturing).
• The auxiliary medium is clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water (when the conveying medium contains fine particles, it should be separately proposed when ordering, so as to assemble wear-resistant mechanical seals).
• The ambient temperature does not exceed 40℃, the altitude does not exceed 1000m, and the relative humidity does not exceed 95%.

5. The shaft seal adopts a high-quality mechanical seal, and the dynamic and static rings are made of hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, non-corrosive, and has a long service life.
6. It adopts an advanced hydraulic model, which has the characteristics of high efficiency and good performance.
7. Unique structure. There is no drain hole on the lower side of the pump body, and there is no pressure hole on the inlet and outlet, which can ensure the normal use and maintenance of the pump.
8. The inlet of this series of horizontal pumps is horizontal, and the outlet is a vertical upward structure, which is convenient for pipeline layout.
9. Installation and maintenance are simple; there is no need to open the piping system. Simply unscrew the screws on the pump to pull out the rotating parts.
