The high-pressure opposed impeller multistage pump uses symmetrically arranged impellers to eliminate axial forces, and a pair of back-to-back angular contact ball bearings bear the remaining axial forces. Since there is no balancing device, that is, there is no friction loss and reflux loss in the balancing disk, the efficiency of the pump is 5~14% higher than that of ordinary multistage pumps, which completely solves the problem of efficiency loss due to the balancing device and greatly prolongs the operation time of the pump.
