1. Efficient and energy-saving: CFD computational fluid dynamics is used to analyze and calculate the relationship between pressure distribution and velocity distribution inside the pump, optimize the flow channel design of the pump, ensure efficient hydraulic profile of the pump, and improve the efficiency of the pump.

Stainless steel shaft sleeve: The mechanical seal position of the shaft is relatively prone to corrosion, and once the directly connected pump shaft is corroded, it is easy to cause mechanical seal failure. The STG pump uses stainless steel shaft sleeves embedded here to avoid rusting, improve shaft life, and reduce operating and maintenance costs.
5. Bearings: In the motor equipped with the pump, the shaft extension end bearings below Y [Y2] 280 (including the wind blade end bearings below Y180) are enclosed bearings, which do not require maintenance of the motor bearings during normal use.
6. Mechanical seal: The basic components of mechanical seals are generally made of rubber corrugated tube structure. The traditional mechanical seal on the shaft is changed from the line seal of the O-ring to the two surface seal of the rubber part, which improves the sealing effect in clean water medium.
