MD(P) Self-balancing Multistage Centrifugal Pump

• Structural features：

MD(P) horizontal self-balancing multi-stage high-pressure centrifugal pump has reformed and innovated the traditional structural form, canceled the axial force balancing mechanism of the multi-stage centrifugal pump, and canceled the balancing disc device. Therefore, the pump efficiency is 5~14% higher than that of the same type of multi-stage pumps. When the balancing disc has no friction, the pump shaft power is reduced, thereby achieving an energy-saving effect. Therefore, the power consumption of the pump during operation is about 3% more energy-saving than that of the same type of multi-stage pumps. At the same time, it completely solves various faults such as wear of the balancing disc and balancing ring or rotor seizure caused by failure of the balancing device. Its design extends the service life of the pump. The trouble-free operation time is more than 3 times that of ordinary pumps, and the user's maintenance cost is greatly reduced, thereby reducing the life cycle cost of the pump.

• Conveying range：

It can be used to convey clean water with particle content ≤1.5%, particle size ≤1.3mm, temperature ≤105℃ or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It can also be used to convey hot water, oil, corrosive or abrasive media with temperature ≤225℃ by changing the material (and structure) of the pump, sealing form and adding a cooling system.
