1. It is best to turn on the machine continuously for 8 to 16 hours a day. Spare parts should be used for 24-hour continuous operation and should be replaced and repaired regularly. The replacement period is generally two to three months, and they should be dismantled and inspected after the expiration. It will not affect production and does not work continuously. The ones produced can be inspected and repaired at any time.
2. When the specific energy of the transport medium is greater than 1.2, an additional motor should be equipped, otherwise the lift will be affected or the motor will burn out.
3. After using for a period of time, it is found that the end face of the mechanical seal is leaking, which is caused by the wear of the carbon surface. The moving ring should be adjusted, loosen the two stainless steel semicircular screws, and push it forward. Rotate the pump shaft by hand to make it easy and without resistance. If it is too loose, it will cause leakage. If it is too tight, it will easily wear and affect the life of the mechanical seal.
4. Maintenance: Remove the dirt in the pump casing, front and rear pump covers, impellers, and mechanical seal components, and rinse them clean. If there is no damage, you can continue to use it. Check whether there is any damage on both ends of the mechanical seal, and whether the end face of the moving ring is worn or scratched. If there is a small amount, fine metallographic sand can be placed on a flat plate to smooth it, and it can continue to be used.
5. The disassembly sequence is: remove the motor, bracket, bottom plate screws, remove the mechanical seal cover, allow the water drain nozzle, loosen the moving ring snap ring bolts, static ring pressure plate bolts, front and rear pump cover bolts, and remove the impeller shaft tie rod. Loosen the set screw and screw out 3~5mm. Hit the tie rod with a hammer. After loosening the impeller, remove the tie rod, impeller and mechanical seal. When removing the mechanical seal, you should do it manually. Do not use metal tools to knock it. Be careful to prevent damage.
