Working principle of petrochemical process pump
The chemical oil pump relies on the rotation of the impeller to introduce the liquid from the suction pipe into the pump casing, and then generates flow under the action of the impeller, so that the fluid can control its flow and head through the pump body outlet. Inside the pump, the fluid is realized by energy conversion, so it is very important to establish a good energy conversion control system.

Structure of petrochemical process pump
The chemical oil pump consists of a pump head, a pump casing, a pump shaft, a coupling and a motor. The pump body should be made of corrosion-resistant materials, the pump axial direction should be made of high-strength materials, and the pump wheel should be designed as a centrifugal or axial flow type. Most chemical oil pumps use ENT end face seals.
Occasions for use of chemical oil pumps
The petrochemical process pump is suitable for conveying clean or particulate liquids, low-temperature or high-temperature liquids, neutral or corrosive liquids. Mainly used in grain and oil mills, petrochemical industry, coal processing industry and low-temperature engineering; chemical industry, papermaking, pulp industry, sugar industry and general process industry; water supply industry, seawater desalination plant; heating and air conditioning system; power plant; environmental protection engineering; shipbuilding and offshore industry, etc.
