Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps
Air-operated double diaphragm pumps, also known as pneumatic diaphragm pumps, are a type of positive displacement pump. They are a new type of conveying equipment driven by compressed air and can transport various corrosive liquids, liquids containing particles, high-viscosity liquids, volatile liquids, flammable liquids, and highly toxic liquids. The pump body is available in four materials: non-metallic (polypropylene), cast steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel. Depending on the medium, different diaphragm materials are used to meet the needs of different users. They can be applied in various special applications, replacing media that traditional pumps cannot transport.

It employs a pilot-operated air valve, eliminating downtime and extending its service life.
It features a multi-port design for easy installation.
The Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps are compact, easy to move, require no base, occupy little space, and are simple to install, making it suitable for use as a mobile material conveying pump.
It can be remotely controlled by an external solenoid valve. The directional valve requires no lubrication.
