Horizontal Progressive Cavity Pump
HNYB horizontal progressive cavity pumps, also known as single screw pumps or eccentric screw pumps, are positive displacement pumps designed for the controlled transfer of viscous, abrasive and solids-laden fluids.
The pump uses a helical rotor rotating inside an elastomer stator to form a series of sealed cavities. As the rotor turns, the cavities progress continuously from the suction side to the discharge side, providing smooth, low-pulsation flow.
The horizontal configuration is suitable for wastewater treatment, sludge transfer, chemical processing, food processing, oil and gas and other industrial applications where conventional centrifugal pumps may not provide the required handling characteristics.
