Progressive Screw Pump
The HNYB Progressive Screw Pump, also known as a Progressive Cavity Pump or Single Screw Pump, is a positive displacement pump designed for the continuous transfer of high-viscosity, abrasive, shear-sensitive, and solids-laden media. It uses a precision-machined helical rotor rotating inside an elastomer stator to create sealed cavities that move fluid smoothly from suction to discharge with minimal pulsation. This operating principle provides accurate metering, excellent suction capability, and gentle product handling.
