- Higher Efficiency: The mud circulation pump is made using aluminum molding. The biggest advantage of this process is that the product's dimensions remain almost unchanged before and after the reaction, thus reducing hydraulic power loss due to manufacturing errors. Simultaneously, the ceramic surface roughness is lower, reducing hydraulic loss by 3%.
- More Stable Operation: The density of corundum material is only 1/3 that of metal materials. For single-arm centrifugal pumps, the impeller is lighter, the pump shaft disturbance is less, and the operational stability is better.
- Advanced Structure: Packing seal or mechanical seal; the sealing system is cooled by the pumped liquid or external coolant. Pressure-flow seals achieve hydrodynamic sealing by creating a low-pressure zone around the shaft. Pressure-flow seals extend shaft sleeve life and minimize water consumption. This combination ensures no leakage at low speeds and when the pump is stopped.
