ZJL series Industrial Sludge Pump is a new generation of high-efficiency, wear-resistant and energy-saving slurry pump developed by our company. This series of Industrial Sludge Pump adopts the internationally advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory and is designed according to the principle of minimum loss. The geometric shape of its flow components conforms to the flow state of the medium, reducing local and along-the-way hydraulic losses such as eddy currents and impacts, thereby reducing the wear of the flow components, improving hydraulic efficiency, and reducing operating noise and vibration; the flow components of this series of pumps are made of high-hardness alloy cast iron, which has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, thereby increasing its service life.

Product Features
ZJL series Industrial Sludge Pump can be widely used in mining, metallurgy, electricity, coal, chemical industry, building materials and other industries to transport abrasive and corrosive slurries containing solid particles. The maximum weight concentration of its solid-liquid mixture is: 45% for ash slurry and 60% for ore slurry. The Industrial Sludge Pump is generally immersed in a pool or pit for work and does not require any shaft seal or shaft seal water.
