The HNYB self-priming sewage trash pump is a heavy-duty centrifugal pump designed for conveying wastewater, sewage, sludge, and liquids containing solid particles.

Product Features
Excellent self-priming capability: No external vacuum equipment is required. After initial water filling, the pump automatically expels air from the suction line and begins pumping.
Solids handling capacity: The dual-blade semi-open solids handling impeller can handle solids up to 3 inches (75 mm) in diameter; specific handling capacity depends on the pump model. Chip removal blades on the impeller shroud reduce debris buildup behind the impeller, lowering the risk of clogging and reducing pressure on seals and bearings.
Removable rotating assembly: The pump shaft or bearings can be easily inspected by removing the rotating assembly without disassembling the pump casing or piping. Simply unscrew the four bolts on the back of the pump to slide the assembly out. This makes installation of the spare rotating assembly quick and easy, reducing downtime.
Clog-resistant hydraulic design: Optimized flow paths help improve solids throughput. Less clogging, less frequent maintenance, and higher reliability.
