Magnetic drive circulation chemical pump
The vertical axial flow pump is a single-stage vertical axial flow pump. The liquid flows along the pump shaft. The impeller and bend in the pipe are optimized for superior performance and efficiency, making it suitable for high-flow-rate, low-head applications. It features high flow rate, long service life, good cavitation resistance, stable operation, and convenient installation and maintenance. Product Features
Excellent acid and alkali resistance: Four pump body materials are available, including PP (polypropylene), GFRPP (glass fiber reinforced polypropylene), PVDF (natural PVDF), and CFRETFE (carbon fiber reinforced ETFE). The choice of pump body material depends on the acid or alkali concentration of the solution.
Corrosion resistance: The main components of the pump have excellent corrosion resistance. For example, the pump shaft can be made of ceramic or silicon carbide (SiC). Ceramic shafts are generally used for low-corrosive liquids, while silicon carbide shafts are ideal for highly corrosive liquids.
Unique bearing design for dry running: Due to the unique bearing design, the fluid circulation cools the impeller, pump shaft, and magnet during normal pump operation. Even when the pump is running dry, the temperature will not rise rapidly, thus preventing serious pump damage.
