The vertical axial flow pump is a single-stage vertical axial flow pump. The liquid flows along the pump shaft. The impeller and bend in the pipe are optimized for superior performance and efficiency, making it suitable for high-flow-rate, low-head applications. It features high flow rate, long service life, good cavitation resistance, stable operation, and convenient installation and maintenance. It is used to pump clean water or other liquids with similar physicochemical properties to water, and can be used in agricultural drainage and irrigation, circulating water transportation in industrial thermal power plants, urban water supply and drainage, and water level control in shipyards, among other water conservancy projects.

High Efficiency and Energy Saving: The hydraulic model is designed using three-dimensional flow theory and simulated by CFD calculations, theoretically achieving optimal performance. Hydraulic components are precision cast using metal molds; the guide vane mold is CNC machined; the guide vane shell and suction cone blank are made using resin sand casting, with solid flow channels perfectly conforming to the design drawings, resulting in higher efficiency and a wider high-efficiency range.

High Reliability: The inlet flow channel is rationally designed, ensuring uniform water intake without eddies and smooth operation; the pump shaft is perfectly concentric, and the rotor components have good static balance, ensuring low vibration and low noise during high-speed pump operation.

Advanced Technology: All components are precision cast using metal molds, ensuring reliable component quality.

Low Maintenance Costs: The rational structure facilitates easy assembly and disassembly, simplifying maintenance.

For media containing corrosive and hard particles, a wear-resistant coating is added to the impeller, significantly extending the service life of the vertical pump. Increasing system pressure and liquid level achieves forced circulation.
