Vertical Immersion Pump
The HNYB Vertical Immersion Pump is designed for liquid transfer from tanks, sumps, pits and process vessels where the pumping section must operate below the liquid surface while the drive motor remains above the liquid.
The vertical cantilever or immersion configuration provides flooded suction and avoids the need for a conventional suction lift arrangement. The immersed pump end can be extended to the required installation depth according to the tank or sump geometry.
This design is suitable for industrial liquid handling applications including chemical processing, wastewater transfer, mining, process liquids and other applications where direct immersion of the hydraulic section provides installation or hydraulic advantages.
Depending on the pumped medium, pump construction and wet-end materials can be selected for clean, corrosive, abrasive or solids-containing liquids.
