Electric Submersible Sludge Pump
The electric submersible sludge pump utilizes a unique impeller structure and a novel mechanical seal, enabling efficient conveying of solid particles and long fibers. Compared to conventional impellers, the impeller features a single or dual flow path, similar to an elbow of the same cross-sectional dimensions, offering superior flow characteristics. A well-designed volute chamber ensures high pump efficiency, and the impeller undergoes dynamic and static balancing tests, ensuring vibration-free operation.
