Single Stage Vacuum Pump

Single-stage vacuum pumps are commonly used gas conveying devices in industrial production. They compress gas by rotating an impeller inside a cylindrical pump casing. Gas (usually air) is drawn into the pump through the inlet at the end of the casing. The gas is trapped in the compression chamber formed by the impeller blades and a liquid ring. The reduction in volume caused by the impeller's rotation compresses the gas, which is then discharged from the outlet at the end of the casing. They are widely used in chemical machinery, light industry, pharmaceuticals, food, and other industries to extract air or other gases that are insoluble in water, contain no solid particles, and are non-corrosive, in order to create a certain degree of vacuum in a closed system.
