Stainless Steel Diaphragm Pump
The HNYB stainless steel diaphragm pump is a positive displacement pump designed for the safe and efficient transport of corrosive, abrasive, viscous, and shear-sensitive liquids. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.
Available in SS304 and SS316 stainless steel, this pump is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage production, wastewater treatment, mining, and petrochemicals. It is suitable for transporting various corrosive liquids, liquids containing particles, high-viscosity liquids, volatile liquids, and flammable and explosive liquids. Pneumatic and electric drive configurations are available to meet different application requirements. The flow rate typically ranges from 0.5–30 m³/h, the head from 30–50 m, and the operating temperature can reach up to 150°C.
