Magnetic Chemical Pump
HNYB Magnetic Chemical Pumps are centrifugal pumps designed for transferring corrosive, hazardous and leakage-sensitive liquids where conventional mechanical seals may create maintenance and leakage concerns.
Instead of transmitting torque through a conventional shaft seal, the pump uses a magnetic coupling and containment shell to transfer motor power to the impeller while isolating the pumped liquid from the drive side.
Corrosion-resistant wetted materials can be selected according to the chemical composition, concentration, temperature and operating conditions of the pumped medium.

- Tightly Coupled Design: The layout eliminates the need for pump/motor alignment; the integrated double-bolt circular adapter accommodates motors of the required size, maximizing application flexibility.
- Long Coupling (Frame Mount) Design: Easy to disassemble for preventative maintenance, overhauls, or periodic inspections.
- Integrated Enclosed Impeller: Minimizes axial thrust, extending thrust bearing life. Unlike two-piece designs, the integrated structure eliminates the possibility of front cover failure.
- Solid Fixed Shaft: A fully supported fixed design maximizes radial bearing life and reduces shaft deflection. The linear geometry eliminates stress concentration and reduces the likelihood of pump failure during operation.
- Inline Configuration: Another option for magnetic drive chemical pumps is the inline configuration, where the pump is mounted vertically. Inline magnetic drive pumps are typically tightly coupled, but long-coupling configurations also exist. Inline configurations are particularly useful when space is limited, as the pump is mounted directly in the piping, much like a valve.
