Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump

A vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is a pump that transfers liquid from a low-level container to a higher-level container. It typically consists of a motor, a pump body, and inlet and outlet piping. Its operating principle is that the motor drives the impeller inside the pump body, transferring energy to the liquid, which gains energy and increases its pressure and velocity. Finally, the liquid is transported to the higher-level container through the inlet and outlet piping. It is suitable for conveying liquids that contain no solid particles, are corrosive, have a viscosity similar to water, and are used in industries such as textiles, petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, electricity, papermaking, marine seawater, food, medicine, and synthetic fibers.

1. The Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump is a vertical structure with identical inlet and outlet diameters located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, resulting in a compact and aesthetically pleasing appearance, a small footprint, and low civil engineering investment. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is mounted directly on the motor's long shaft, resulting in a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are optimally configured to effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, ensuring smooth operation, minimal vibration, and low noise.
3. The shaft seal utilizes a mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium- and high-temperature-resistant mechanical seals, and wear-resistant seals made of carbide, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. Installation and maintenance are easy; no piping system disassembly is required. All rotor components can be removed by simply removing the pump coupling seat nut.
5. The pumps can be operated in series or parallel, depending on flow and head requirements.
6. Depending on the piping layout, the pump can be installed vertically or horizontally.

Chemical Industry: Vertical pipeline centrifugal pumps can be used to transport various chemical raw materials, such as liquid chemicals, solvents, and paints.

Petroleum Industry: Vertical pipeline centrifugal pumps can be used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, and lubricating oil. At gas stations, inline pumps can be used to transfer oil from storage tanks to vehicle tanks.

Water Treatment Industry: Vertical pipeline centrifugal pumps can be used to transport liquids from one location to another.

Food Industry: In food processing, vertical inline centrifugal pumps can be used to transfer food ingredients such as juice, beverages, and cheese from one container to another.

Construction Industry: Vertical inline centrifugal pumps can be used to transport building materials such as paint, cement, and mortar.

Field Irrigation: Vertical pipeline centrifugal pumps can be used to transport water from low-lying water sources to fields with higher water levels for field irrigation. In arid areas, inline pumps can also be used to extract water from groundwater for irrigation.
