Working Principle

 

The ZW self-priming sewage pump is mainly composed of the pump body, impeller, back cover, mechanical seal, pump shaft, bearing, etc.
The pump is equipped with a liquid storage chamber, which is connected to the working chamber through the reflux hole and circulation hole to form the suction and discharge system of the self-priming sewage pump. After the pump stops, the liquid storage chamber stores the liquid. When the pump is started again, the impeller rotates, and the liquid and air inside are centrifuged. The liquid returns to the working chamber through the gas-liquid separation tube, and the air is discharged from the pump. At this time, the atmospheric pressure presses the external liquid into the pump to achieve self-priming. This requires that the pump is filled with liquid, so liquid should be injected when it is used for the first time.
