The pump utilizes a new hydraulic model, increasing efficiency by 5% over conventional chemical pumps. Its larger shaft diameter and bearings, longer bearing housing, and shorter cantilever ratio ensure more stable performance. Different mechanical seals can be configured to suit different operating conditions, extending the range of media to be conveyed.
Corrosion resistance: Suitable for corrosive liquids, specifically designed for the chemical industry to transport corrosive liquids without solid particles, with a long service life.
ISO 2858 standard: Centrifugal design conforming to ISO 2858 standard, international standard dimensions, easy to replace, suitable for industrial projects requiring standardized pump solutions.
Pump shaft seals include: single-end mechanical seal (standard), single-end external seal (simplified structure, easy installation), and double-end mechanical seal (wear-resistant, with water cooling).
Suspension Assembly: The suspension assembly utilizes a modular design for high versatility.
Pump Material: The main wetted parts are standard 304, with customization available in 304L, 316, 316L, 2205, and special stainless steel to meet the needs of various media and ensure a long service life.
Fully Sealed Shaft: The shaft ends utilize bushings and oil seals to ensure the shaft is isolated from the media, extending its service life. Typically, only the shaft sleeve requires replacement.
