- Non-contact operation: By precisely setting the relative positions of the passive and active magnets, the position of the magnetic bladder can be effectively controlled even when the rear end of the bearing does not contact the rear thrust ring during idling. This structure effectively suppresses frictional heat generation and ensures lubrication of friction components.
- Rugged and highly efficient structure: The pump's front and rear casings, as well as other stress concentration areas, are reinforced with stiffeners, further improving the pump's pressure resistance and mechanical strength.
- Previously, a composite fixed bearing and axially reversed fixed structure were used, with the bearing limited to the bottom of the bearing housing and the impeller. The impeller's molding design ensures efficient and quiet operation, is less prone to damage, and improves the pump's reliability under high-temperature conditions.
- Innovative design, leak-free: The pump's front cover features a completely new design with a snap-fit connection. The front cover inlet flange is integrally molded, effectively preventing leakage. Furthermore, a reinforced sealing gasket design extends service life. Traditional threaded flange heat-fusion seals are prone to leakage under high-temperature and high-pressure environments, and the rubber is also prone to aging.
- The new, upgraded self-circulating cooling structure features heat dissipation holes fixed at the connection between the impeller and the magnet, as well as ventilation holes at the connection between the shaft and the magnet. These holes allow the liquid around the pump shaft and bearing to circulate under the action of centrifugal force and the return blades, which can quickly and effectively disperse the heat generated by friction and prevent the grease material in the pump cavity from deforming and melting due to high temperature.
