Structural features
The pump body is axially inhaled and radially discharged, the outlet and the base are in a vertical plane, the pump body is cast with supporting feet, directly fixed on the base, the pump cover is fixed on the hanger body through the upper opening, and the pump body and the hanger body clamp the pump cover. When repairing, remove the connecting nut between the hanger body and the pump body, and the rotating part of the pump can be pulled out of the pump body without removing the inlet and outlet pipes. This is a commonly used chemical pump structure worldwide. For large-sized pumps, an intermediate extension section is added between the pump head and the motor shaft. When repairing, remove the intermediate extension section, and the rotor part can be withdrawn from the pump body without moving the motor.
