The HNYB Screw Displacement Pump is a positive displacement pump engineered for transferring viscous, abrasive, shear-sensitive, and solids-containing liquids with stable flow and minimal pulsation.
Unlike centrifugal pumps that rely on velocity and centrifugal force, screw displacement pumps move fluid through sealed cavities formed between a precision-machined rotor and stator. This operating principle ensures accurate flow control, excellent suction capability, and reliable performance regardless of system pressure. Screw displacement pumps maintain a nearly constant flow rate even when discharge pressure changes.
