Product Introduction
The HNYB ZX Type Self-priming Centrifugal Pump is a horizontal self-priming centrifugal pump specifically designed to handle sewage, wastewater, and liquids containing suspended solids, long fibers, and other impurities.
Integrating self-priming capabilities with clog-resistant sewage handling, the pump features non-clogging flow passages and utilizes an axial-reflux, external-mixing structural design. Thanks to the unique design of the pump casing and impeller channels, it can intake and transport liquids containing large solid particles and long-fiber impurities.
Unlike standard self-priming pumps for clean water, this unit requires no foot valve or manual priming; it simply needs a small amount of liquid retained in the casing to reliably draw and transport fluid from below. This design significantly simplifies the piping system and improves operating conditions.
