Application Scenario

How it works
This pump utilizes an axial liquid return pump body structure, consisting of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a vortex chamber, a liquid return port, and a gas-liquid separation chamber. After the pump starts properly, the impeller draws in liquid from the suction chamber and air from the intake pipe, thoroughly mixing the liquid and gas within the impeller. Centrifugal force causes the liquid to flow toward the outer edge of the vortex chamber along with the gas, forming a thick layer of white foam and a rapidly rotating liquid ring around the outer edge of the impeller. The gas-liquid mixture then flows through a diffuser into the gas-liquid separation chamber. Here, the lighter gas separates from the mixture, rising with a sudden decrease in flow rate before being discharged through the pump body outlet. The liquid separated from the gas returns to the liquid storage chamber and re-enters the impeller through the return port, where it remixes with the gas drawn into the impeller from the intake pipe. Due to the high-speed rotation of the impeller, it flows toward the outer edge of the impeller. This cycle repeats, gradually reducing the air in the intake pipe until the gas is completely drawn out, completing self-priming and allowing the pump to resume normal operation.
