Solids Handling Impeller: This dual-blade, semi-open solids handling impeller can handle solid particles up to 3 inches (76 mm) in diameter, with specific capacity depending on the pump model. Chip removal blades on the impeller shroud reduce debris buildup behind the impeller and lower pressure on seals and bearings, thus extending pump life.

Unique Wear-Resistant Seals: Unique dual-floating, self-aligning, oil-lubricated mechanical cylindrical seals with fixed and rotating silicon carbide sealing surfaces are designed specifically for abrasive industrial wastewater applications.

Removable Cover Plate: The removable cover plate allows for quick and easy access to the pump's internals without disconnecting the piping. Blockages can be easily cleared, and the pump can be back in operation within minutes. The impeller, seals, wear plates, and baffle valves can also be inspected or serviced through the cover plate opening.
