The 

SN series single-stage double-suction split centrifugal pump is a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving double-suction pump products innovatively developed by our company based on extensive absorption of advanced technologies of similar products at home and abroad.
This new generation of pump products is developed using the most advanced CFD fluid mechanics calculation method and computer-aided design method. It has a complete range of models, good hydraulic performance, novel structure, and has significant features such as high efficiency and energy saving, low pulsation, low noise, durability, and easy maintenance.

1. Impeller
A double-suction impeller is adopted to reduce axial force

Depending on the stress conditions, the double volute type is adopted to reduce radial force, so that the bearing is subjected to less stress and has a longer life.
3. Bearing
Grease-lubricated rolling bearing is adopted, which is easy to maintain, the bearing is larger and has a long service life.
The tail end bearing is installed with a sleeve and key, which is reliable and easy to disassemble and assemble.
4. Shaft
The shaft body is thickened, with good rigidity and a novel structure
The rotor can be reversed in a short time without damage and with convenient reversal.
Fully sealed shaft, no contact with liquid, no corrosion on the thread.
5. Sealing ring
The replaceable sealing ring protects the pump body from wear. Only the appropriate gap needs to be adjusted to reduce maintenance costs and maintain the efficiency of the pump.
6. Shaft seal
High-quality mechanical seal, no leakage, the mechanical seal sleeve is made of stainless steel to avoid corrosion, and for easy maintenance.
